Lawn Care Specialist
Responsibilities
Specialists work alongside approximately 3-5 other team members, along with a foreman who directs the project
Operate lawn equipment, trim shrubs, seasonal cleanups, and general property maintenance
Specialists work from early morning until late afternoon five days a week
Specialists will be offered training on how to operate a variety of lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, aerators, power tools, trimmers, blowers, and more.
Required Qualifications
Highly coachable
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Some English or Spanish proficiency
Willingness to wake up at sunrise regularly and work in inclement weather
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the lawn and landscaping industry
Some education in horticulture, landscaping, or other relevant fields
Hours
40 hours a week, typically from Monday to Friday
Some weekend work may occur but it is not typical
Compensation and benefits
$18.00 an hour with the opportunity for performance based raises every three months
$27.00 an hour overtime pay after 40 hours worked in a 7-day period
